Refunds will be given within two weeks of you receiving your item.
It must be returned in NEW and UNWORN condition, and I must be able to resell the item.
Damages:
All items will be insured so damage coming in from shipping should be recorded with a photograph on the day your receive the item.
Take a photo of the package as you got it -
and well before you opened the package!!!!
I cannot emphasize this enough...post office will not pay the insurance claim if they think you may have damaged the package in some way.
Guarantees:
I guarantee my workmanship for 6 months. I wish it could be six years - but over the years I have learned how hard people can be on their jewelry (sleeping in them, showering in them, cutting up raw chicken while wearing bracelets made of silk chord....PLEASE remove your items when you do these things, it will make them last a long time and they will always look beautiful) Unfortunately, I cannot be fixing numerous items damaged as a result of careless use.
